DAP, PKR Race-Based Parties, Claims MCA Youth

KUALA LUMPUR — The opposition parties DAP and PKR are still operating very much as race-based parties despite constantly portraying themselves as multiracial parties, MCA Youth vice-chairman Yoo Wei How said on Sunday.

He said the PKR national leadership consists almost entirely of Malays while the DAP's decision-makers are mainly Chinese.

He said that the two parties are not multiracial as they claim.

They just want to garner votes to take over the federal government, he added.
