Kelantan govt sues Petronas


KUALA LUMPUR, Monday 30 August 2010 (Bernama) -- The Kelantan state government has filed a suit against Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas) for a breach of contract.

The suit was filed at the High Court Commercial Division Registry here at 9.30am today.

Kelantan Menteri Besar Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat and state executive councillors were present.

The suit involved constitutional matters.
