Cops defence called in Aminulrasyid shooting trial

SHAH ALAM, Feb 28 The Sessions Court here ruled today that the prosecution has successfully proven a prima facie case against Corporal Jenain Subi in the fatal shooting of teen schoolboy Aminulrasyid Amzah in a high-speed car chase on April 26 last year.The 48-year-olds defence will be called on April 14 and 15.Jenain was charged with culpable homicide not amounting to murder of the schoolboy.The policeman faces up to 30 years in jail and a fine if found guilty.
