RM100 ang pow for MCA veterans project progressing smoothly - New Straits Times

KUALA LUMPUR: The "Tribute to MCA Veterans" RM100 ang pow project is progressing smoothly, said MCA National Organising Secretary Datuk Tee Siew Kiong.

"The overwhelming response we have received is far higher than what the party's Central Committee had expected and this shows that all MCA members are united in strength and solidarity to show their love and loyalty for the party," he said in a statement here today.

On Nov 22, MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek announced the contribution to about 300,000 senior MCA members, aged 60 and above, in appreciation of their contribution to the party. -- BERNAMA
