Penuntut jurusan undang-undang yang berusia 24 tahun itu tiba pada pukul 2.20 petang di dewan NUS tanpa ditemani teman wanitanya, Vivian Lee, 23.
Alvin berpakaian kasual dengan kemeja-T merah, seluar jeans dan topi gaya 'beanie' yang pernah dipakainya dalam salah satu video.
Semasa pendengaran tatatertibnya Alvin memberitahu kepada pihak universiti :- 

The National University of Singapore (NUS) scholar, who made headlines recently for posting an explicit sex blog, has apolog! ised to the school.
Speaking to the media after a disciplinary inquiry at NUS on Wednesday, law undergraduate Alvin Tan Jye Yee, said: "I apologised for bringing disrepute to the school".
But the 24 year-old said he had reiterated during the inquiry that what he did was done in his "own personal time as a private individual and not an NUS student".
"What I did was a victimless crime," he said. "Nobody was really harmed or hurt in the process."
