Why the hurry to remove Teng Hock Nam?

In his speech by Teng Hock Nan, says that he is willing to step down if there is such a resolution passed in the upcoming EGM. This is something everyone should respect him for. He respects democracy and so must everyone else in the party.
Over the weeks, we have read a lot about a group of grassroots leaders wanting him to step down.
I agree with them that Penang Gerakan is not that aggressive. Everyone blames Teng Hock Nan as the chairperson.
But have we all in Penang look at ourselves first? There are generally two groups of people in Penang Gerakan who want a change of leadership in Penang - the Youth and the mainbody opposition.
Let me start with the Youth first. If we say that Penang Gerakan Youth is doing a better job with so many news reports of them in the Chinese papers, why then did people want to throw brickbats at them few months ago at Penang Speaker's Corner?
The Youth section actually made more damage when they opened their mouths without using their brains. For example, when they questioned the move by DAP to give out RM100 to the senior citizens, is that doing good to Gerekan?
Yes, you can be agressive. But must act smart too. You don't go out and question a good deed by DAP. If you don't believe me, just go out and ask other people in Penang what they think about Penang Gerakan Youth. Just be careful they don't spit at you.
Their leader is now also the deputy youth chief of Gerakan National Youth. What have we seen him do in national Youth? What performance? My advice to Penang Youth is do your job well first. Don't blame other people if you cannot do your job well first. Handle your job properly first if you even think you want to be Penang chairperson.
For the other people in the mainbody, why are you all in a hurry to remove Teng Hock Nan?
If you guys love the party, you people should wait for next year for the party elections. Why in such a hurry?
What you people are doing is actually destroying the party. Please ask what you people have contributed to the party since the last general election. Teng is already trying his best to serve Penang Gerakan.
If the youth and those in the main body still want to remove him, can you please also suggest who you think is best to be next Penang Gerakan chairperson? Can that person handle it and what is his experience?
